1. Promotion

2.1 The Promoter of the Competition is Genesis Health + Fitness and any partner referred to as such in the published description of the Competition (Partner).

2.2 Genesis Health + Fitness may contact promotion entrants (including by email, SMS, telephone, or other means) for marketing purposes.

3. Duration

3.1 The Competition will run from the published start date (18-May 2026) and will end on the published closing date (31-May 2026). Genesis Health + Fitness will not change the Closing Date unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make it unavoidable.

3.1.1 Promotional period: 18-May 2026 to 31-May 2026 (inclusive)

4. Who Can Enter

4.1 The competition is only open to entrants who complete the competition promotion form on Meta during the competition dates specified (in point 3). Must be 18 years and older. Must live or work locally. Not valid for current members.

4.2 The Competition is not open to employees of Genesis Health + Fitness or any Partner, or any of their wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, service provider or other person involved directly with the administration of the Competition, or any member of their households.

5. How to Enter

5.1 Entry is automatic upon submission by the entrant of a completed registration form on the promotion form. Only 1 x entry is permitted per person for this campaign offer.

6. Validity of Entry

6.1 Unless otherwise specified in the published details of the Competition, there is a limit of one entry per person.

7. How the winners Will Be Chosen and Draw

7.1 Entrants will be eligible to win one (1) of three (3) Premium 3-month memberships. This membership pass entitles each person to a membership at your selected participating Genesis Health + Fitness club.

7.2 The winners of the win one (1) of three (3) Premium 3-month memberships will be selected by Head Office Marketing on the date specified in the published details of the Competition.

7.3 The selection of the winners under Rule 7.2 will be final.

7.4 Draw to take place Tuesday 2-June 2026.

8. Winner Announcement

The winners will be announced publicly (9.2), and personally as soon as practicable either before or after the date of the public announcement.

9. Winning Entry Details

9.1 The names and state of the winners will be announced on Genesis Health + Fitness Caulfield social page (Facebook and Instagram) by 5.00pm AEST on the following date:

9.2 Announced Tuesday 2-June 2026.

10. The Prize

10.1 The winners will receive one (1) of three (3) Premium 3-month memberships. This membership pass entitles each person to a membership at their selected participating Genesis Health + Fitness club.

10.2 Club services and facilities and staffed hours vary at each club. Check with your local club for further information.

10.3 The value of (1) of three (3) Premium 3-month memberships is $674.40– per winner. The total prize value is: $2023.20.

10.4 No cash alternative or alternative prize can be offered. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Genesis Health + Fitness reserves the right to substitute a prize it may determine as equal value. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.

10.5 The prizes will be dispatched to the winners in the week following the winning announcement.

10.6 A photo ID is required for entry upon redemption of the prizes.

11. Winner Publicity

11.1 Entrants accept that, if they win, Genesis Health + Fitness will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winners of the Competition and for related promotional purposes.

12. Data Privacy

12. 1 Personal information about the winners will be shared with Genesis Health + Fitness agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to those Winner(s).

12.2 Genesis Health + Fitness may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone, or such other means) for marketing purposes.

12.3 Genesis Health + Fitness will not pass your email address to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. General

13.1 By submitting their entry, Competition entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.

13.2 The Competition and these Terms will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

7.3 The selection of the winners under Rule 7.2 will be final.

10.2 The value of each prize is based on applicable membership rates at the selected club. Each winner will receive one (1) three (3)-month membership. Three (3) x standard 3-month memberships valued between $239.40 and $287.40 per winner and twenty-eight (28) x Premium 3-month memberships valued between $ 539.40 and $719.40per winner. The total maximum prize pool value is: $20,999.40.

10.3 No cash alternative or alternative prize can be offered. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Genesis Health + Fitness reserves the right to substitute a prize it may determine as equal value. The prize cannot be transferred to another person.

28 Day Challenge: In Challenge - May 2026

By participating in the 28 Day Challenge, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Effective Dates:

Challenge Period: Monday, 25 May – Sunday, 21 June 2026

Registration Period: Monday, 20 April – Sunday, 24 May 2026

1. Eligibility

1.1 Open to Premium Members of participating Coaching Zone clubs.

1.2 Participants must be aged 16 years or older.

1.3 Employees of Genesis Health + Fitness are not eligible for prizes.

2. Participation Requirements

To be eligible for prizes, participants must:

2.1 Complete a minimum of 12 Coaching Zone sessions during the challenge period.

2.2 Participate in at least one of the Finale Events on either Wednesday, 17 June or Saturday, 20 June 2026.

3. How the winners Will Be Chosen and Draw

3.1 The winners will be determined by a random draw conducted by Genesis Health + Fitness Head Office Marketing from all eligible entries.

3.2 The selection of the winners under Rule 7.2 will be final.

3.3 Draw to take place Thursday, 25 June.

Mindful March - March 2026


By participating in the Mindful March Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 Open to current Premium members of Genesis Health + Fitness.

1.2 Premium members enter free.

1.3 Basic and Standard members must upgrade to Premium to take part.

1.4 Participants must be aged 16 years or over.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 Campaign runs from Sunday March 1st to Tuesday 31st March.

3. How to participate

3.1 Complete the Habit Tracker made up of 2 different habits for 31 days.

3.2 The habits can be chosen by the participant

3.3 The Mindful March Habit Tracker must be submitted to reception no later than April 6th

4. Club Prize

4.1 One winner will be drawn per participating club.

4.2 Each club prize will be of approximately $100-200 in value, determined by the local club.

4.3 To be eligible members must have:

o Completed the Habit Tracker comprising of 2 habits for 31 days

o Submitted their completed Habit Tracker to Reception by 6th April.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 Club winners will be randomly selected and announced no later than 10th April 2026 via in-club communications or social media.

5.2 Winners will be contacted via their membership contact details/

5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Participation is voluntary.

6.2 Incomplete or illegible Mindful March Habit Trackers will not be eligible.

6.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.4 Genesis Health + Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes.

8. Mynd App – Data Use

8.1 As part of the Mindful March campaign, participants may choose to access the Mynd app.

8.2 To activate Mynd access, participants will be required to provide their email address directly to Mynd.

8.3 By providing your email to Mynd, you consent to Mynd contacting you (including by email or in-app notifications) regarding your account, app access, updates, wellness content and related services.

8.4 Mynd may handle your personal information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. Genesis Health + Fitness does not control how Mynd stores or uses this data.

8.5 Providing your email to Mynd is optional and not required to enter the prize draw.

9. General Conditions

9.1 Entry into the campaign is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

9.2 All decisions by Genesis Health + Fitness and participating clubs are final.

3.1 Winners will be selected based on:

- Evolt Body Scan Results – 60% of judging criteria (Body composition changes: % muscle vs. % body fat)

3.2 Participants should follow consistent pre-scan protocols for both initial and final scans to minimise variability.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to current members of Genesis Health + Fitness who register during the official campaign registration period (Monday 21 July - Monday 11 August 2025).
  • Premium members enter free.
  • Basic and Standard members may be required to pay a $29 entry fee, depending on club policy.

2. Campaign Period

  • Campaign runs from Monday 11 August to Tuesday 9 September 2025.
  • All activities must be completed within this 30-day period.

3. Registration

  • Members must register at their club and collect a Genesis Health + Fitness passport from reception.

4. How to Participate

  • Complete 12 unique activities listed on your Genesis Health + Fitness passport. Activities may include Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates, Gym Floor workouts, and ‘Choose Your Own Adventure’ options.
  • Activities can be completed in any order.
  • Stamps must be collected at in-club stamp stations after each completed activity.

5. Prizes Club Prize:

  • One winner will be drawn per participating club.
  • Each club prize will be of approximately $200 in value, determined by the local club.

National Prize:

4.2 The Competition is not open to employees of Genesis Health & Fitness or any Partner, or any of their wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, service provider or other person involved directly with the administration of the Competition, or any member of their households.

5. How To Enter

5.1 Entry is automatic. Entry is activated upon registration for the ‘How to become Mentally Strong’ series.

6. Validity of Entry

6.1 There is a limit of one entry per person.

7. How The Winner(s) Will Be Chosen

7.1 The winning entrants will be selected at random from all eligible entries recorded by Genesis Health & Fitness under the supervision of an independent person on the date specified in the published details of the Competition.

7.2 The selection of the Winners under Rule 7.1 will be final.

8. Winner Announcement

The Winner(s) will be announced publicly (9.1), and personally as soon as practicable either before or after the date of the public announcement.

9. Winning Entry Details

9.1 The name(s) of the Winner(s) will be contacted via email and the winner will be announced on Genesis Health & Fitness national social page (Facebook & Instagram) by 5.00pm AEST on the following date:

9.1.1 The winner will be announced on Wednesday 8 December 2021.

9.1.2 The winner must respond and accept their prize via email by Sunday 5 December. If there is no response, a new winner may be drawn.

10. The Prize

10.1 The Winner(s) will each receive one non-transferrable Lifetime Plan to mindfulness.com, which gives you permanent access to all daily mindfulness, meditations, courses and talks in the library.

There are three (3) lifetime memberships to be won. Each winner will receive a lifetime plan valued at USD$399.

10.2 Total prize value: USD$1197. The Lifetime Plan gives you permanent access to all daily mindfulness, meditations, courses and talks in the library.

10.3 No cash alternative or alternative prize can be offered.

10.2 The prize(s) will be despatched to the Winner(s) via mindfulness.com

10.3 The prize(s) will require a valid active email address to be fulfilled.

11. Winner Publicity

11.1 Entrants accept that, if they win, Genesis Health & Fitness will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the Winner(s) of the Competition and for related promotional purposes.

12. Data Privacy

12.1 Personal information about the Winner(s) will be shared with Mellissa O’Brien from mrsmindfulness.com and mindfulness.com to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to those Winner(s).

12.2 Genesis Health & Fitness would like to keep entrants informed of products and services available which may be of interest by email, SMS, telephone or such other means. However, if you specifically do not want to be contacted you may opt-out of any future communication.

12.3 Genesis Health & Fitness will not pass your email address to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. General

13.1 By submitting their entry, Competition entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.

13.2 The Competition and these Terms will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
